I have found that sports tape works great. It is made to let the skin breathe, moves with the body better then paper tape does, keeps everything in place, seems to bring the temp up and removes the henna real easy when you finally pull it off the skin, doesn't hurt when pulled off or live any residue like new skin. It is also easy to use. Give it a whirl,Jen. : : : I hate to sound ignorant, but I'm new to this, and trying to : research : : it, and wondering what the heck "NS" is!
: NS is an abbreviation for New Skin. The spray on type does a good : job of holding a design in place, but it uses a clove oil, so some : people are allergic to it. : I use 3M micropore paper tape to hold my henna in place, instead.
