Its more like a paint that sticks to your skin. It comes right off
with a little rubbing alchol(sp)

No idea if it is approved. I'd assume it is though. And personally,
I've had absolutly no problems with it, safty wise.
3) Is it natural, if not what is in it?
I don't know whats in it, or if its all natural. Sorry.
