How do you think that ladies and gents on a forum talking about henna
could heal your torn miniscus. I'm sorry if you feel you don't want
to have surgery, there are plenty of hollistic doctors out there that
you can contact in your hometown. Do a little research on it. Shop
around and the bottom line is you're going to HAVE to get examined.
Usually if you wait a long time on injuries you have a possibility of
even hurting yourself worse.
I recommend seeing a Dr. to be diagnosed before worrying about
Surgery.
