THANKS! for the insight into Moroccan tradition. The photos are
great! Did all that garlic make you hungry? And was it crushed black
or red pepper. How long did you leave the paste on?

We might need to experiment with that mixture (lemon juice, garlic,
sugar, pepper) this summer....at the campfire...on chicken...
