What Jeremy linked to there is most of your answer .... and different
people have skin which is more or less porous, thick, etc, so
penetration of ppd is going to be a little different on different
people, and then the reaction will be greater or lesser.
The more I talk to cosmetologists about ppd (and all of them are very
familiar with its effects), the more I wonder how this can possible be
available over the counter ....
