I agree with you here. Not only does henna have more direct contact
with skin, but we do what we can to keep it on the skin as long as
possible...so if the henna has PPD in it and kept on all night, the
effect is magnified.

I just tell my clients that I am a small business owner and I can't
afford insurance to protect myself against a possible lawsuit
resulting from use of black henna. That usually gets them thinking a
little.
