I just barely touch the cone to the skin. But .... it IS touching.
I've got enough of a natural tremor in my hand that I HAVE to touch
the cone to the skin to steady it. It's wiggle city if I don't. And,
I'm lousy with line drop.

No question carrot bags may be harder to use .... though every class I
teach many of the students get the hang of it on the first try and get
outstnding results. So .... they're not all that difficult. It's a
delicate touch that needs some practice like a sumi brush... but I
like sumi brushes infinitely better than marking pens. I know I
couldn't get as good a results with a bottle as with a carrot bag,(
or as quickly, or with so little fatigue).
