Jed's sifter question

My sifter just arrived (thanks to Amy!) and I'm about
to try it out but have one quick question about the bag.
The bag has two layers; in places you can stick your hand
between them. You put the henna into the main part of the
bag, right? Not between the layers?

...Just being uncharacteristically compulsive.
