I found that the color degrades significantly when the paste is
frozen. Unfortunately, this is a non-scientific study without a
control group. I do recall that I froze the henna for about 2
weeks. The consistency was pretty much the same but the staining
ability was reduced. I doubt that I will count on frozen henna when
working on clients and especially if I am doing designs on skin that
doesn't stain well to begin with.
