I really can't say how long pre-mix in tubes lasts, becuase I've never
had a tube of henna with a reliable manufacturing date .... or
expiration date. And .... I've never had several tubes that have
different manufacturing dates to compare them to each other at the
same time.
I also couldn't say what is in the tubes that makes the henna last
(other than that it has no contact with air or light) ... because the
ones that I've had haven't had any ingredients listed.
