We often get questions here from people who want to remove their henna quickly and we have a variety of stock answers. Now, I remember during other discussions of the different ways to remove New Skin, Catherine mentioned that while New Skin is a lot like nail polish one should not use nail polish remover to remove the New Skin or else the henna will disappear too. If this is true, cannot one use nail polish remover to remove henna? Anyone try, accidently or on purpose?

It might be a good solution for those of us too impatient to wait for a design to fade completely before we can do a new design. I have a friend who won't let me do the backs of her hands because she doesn't like that the henna fades so quickly and looks like a disease. I would love to offer a way for her to remove the "disease" when required.
