sirius rising and a new skin question

i've seen some nice posts with pictures from sirius, but what else? i'm really curious to know how it went, how did the product tests go, what was learned... c'mon, make me jealous that i couldn't go ;) ;D

also:
i recently had a client complain about the newskin, she said she had too difficult a time getting it off. this is the first time i've had a complaint about it, but still, am i maybe missing something? what do the rest of you do for removal of the newskin?
