I personally don't use cling or saran wrap. I guess it's fine if you're doing blocky tribal work, but if you're doing lacey fine work it just wrecks it every time. You can get just as bold a color without it. The only time I recommend wrapping is, after wearing the paste all day, you want to sleep in it and not get crud on the sheets. By that time, the paste is dry and crumbly, and you can safely wrap the design in toilet paper and tape. It doesn't matter if the paste srumbles off, as long as no water gets on the area -- a chemical reaction is still occurring. Then when you wake up in the morning everything's nice and toasty and the design set very well!
