Show the person what health risks are associated with PPD

I doubt if they'll cop to what they used, but that was definitely PPD.
Nothing else behaves like that. Please print out the "Black Henna
Warnings" and the health warnings from the link below and take it to
the person who did this. It is very possible that that person knows
that he's harming other people and ruining his own health. Just show
them the health warnings and the photo. Very little else is necessary
to convince people to NOT use PPD. The truth is generally sufficient.
