Recommendations? Get a Sanskrit and an Arabic Dictionary! These are
a golden door to expanding your henna repertoire! Chinese is very,
very cool (and it looked like Fiona had a lot of very eager students
for writing Chinese at Sirius) but Sanskrit and Arabic (and Farsi, and
the other 17 Indian languages) are really more appropriate for henna
... and just as fascinating.
Om has several meanings ... from several sources I've got ... ditto
hrim. Om Mani Padme Hum means "Hail to the Jewel in the Lotus" and
can refer to a couple of things, enlightened consciousness, the
Buddha, or Tantric sexual ecstacy, depending on who's interpreting.
