I almost said "dear lord I can't believe the creature behind the
counter wouldn't know the difference between cloves and clover..." but
.... some counter creatures are just amazing.
Sniff your teabags. If they smell like a summer meadow (a mild
smell), you have the clover plant cows and bees prefer. If they smell
like clove chewing gum, Christmas and hams studded with clove, (an
intense spice smell) you have cloves.
