I get big jugs of it straight from Mehron ( http://www.mehron.com ) or
find someone around like a costume shop that orders theatrical makeup
from them and ask them to order it with their next batch.
I like the gallon jug size.
It can dry perfectly clear and you can baby powder it and put your
clothes back on over ... or you can body-glitter it !
Every sealer I know has drawbacks. Latex has SERIOUS allergy
problems, and you can't use it on a furry bit (there are teeeeeeny
little hairs on the backs of your fingers that you don't know are
there until latex rips them all out) and you can't use it on a bendy
bit (ruins the pattern).
