Kenzi,
Someone once suggested, here on the forum, Q-tips. I tried using a
small brush too but ended up using too much latex and the design came
out a bit blurred. I just dip the end of the Q-tip right in the
bottle of latex and dab very sparingly around the outside of the
design and then on top. You can always dab on another layer for added
protection if needed.
