Fresh henna leaves ...

Lezard gave me some fresh henna leaves recently. I ground the leaves
in my food processor adding my elixir (3 Lipton teabags, ~500ml fresh
lemon juice (drinking), 2 teaspoon sugar and a handful of cloves
boiled over low fire). I added a capful of Bosisto's euc. oil to the
paste and applied immediately to my pinkie. The paste was left on for
an hour (paste was still wet when I scraped it off) and I went to bed.
The stain was a bright reddish orange. The next day, the stain has
darkened to a deep red. 24 hours later I applied the paste on my
pinkie, again leaving it on for an hour only. The pic was taken on
Tuesday morning, about 5 hours after I scraped the paste off (the
second application). I was pleased to see that my pinkie is BLACK!
Unfortunately as lezard has said, the paste was too coarse so I'm not
able to put it in a cone to make intricate patterns. Wish I could
though *sigh* ...

Another thing, in that pile of leaves, I saw some henna seeds (some
are green, some brown and wrinkled). I wonder if I could plant them
and if so how should I do it? Anyone with experience to share? Thanks!

Love & peace,

~Jewel~
