Hej,

Cayenne pepper cream is a topical analgesic (did I spell that right?)
with a noticable concentration of capsaicin, which is what makes
peppers hot. It also interfers with pain perception and releases
endorphins. Sometimes you can find it in health food stores (though
I seem to have picked up the last few bottles of it in my area) and
I'll try to put in a link to a page where it give directions on how
to make your own. We mixed some up last night, but haven't tried it
yet.

If your mom has any questions about accupuncture, she can email me -
I recommend it strongly. In fact, I haven't had to take any valium
at all today for my back pain - first time in three weeks! Am so
happy.

Best,

Anneheart
