It's relatively easy. The messiest part is slicing the limes! I
usually lay them on foil, because they shrink a bit as they are
drying in the oven...I tired of picking them up off the bottom of the
oven. I just leave the oven on low-200 degrees and then check on
them every few hours.
I also dry as many as I can at a time, so I don't have to do it
often. And then store the dried limes in ziplock baggies in the
{gasp} cupboard...not freezer...lol.

Also....drying limes...oh man! They smell like candy cooking.
