Henna is a dimer. Its staining capacity WILL demise over time. Cold,
terpineol, and removing oxygen from the mix will slow down that demise.

Problem with making pre-mixes and selling them in the US... it's just
plain against FDA regulations. They may ignore you. They may bust you.
