Hi all,

can anyone help me understand what it means when Sharkiyya is
described as being a "coarse" powder? I originally thought
that "coarse" meant it wasn't sifted, but then I read some
contradictory information. Now I'm confused... :)

Also, where does Sharkiyya originate? I've seen it listed as being
from Oman, from Syria, and from Lebanon. Does that means it's grown
in all three countries?
