I'm not familiar with them. Body & Society came to mind because it's
one of the newer high-profile interdisciplinary journals. They have
had several special issues about body modification etc. The others
sound interesting too, and may have a shorter lead time for articles.
I think that the PP piece is definitely appropriate for an ethnopsyc
journal as well (no titles come to mind, but there are several).
