Hi Asa,

If you think of henna as a temporary tattoo, you're probably going to
be disappointed. henna works best where tattoos don't: on the hands
and feet, and it stains the skin. The word "tattoo" refers to the
repetitive motion of the needle entering the skin; if you want that
look, try stick-on designs or Temptu, which lasts several days if
you're careful and comes in different colors, and most importantly, is
SAFE. As for vegetable dyes like at the link you provided, I wouldn't
bother. They don't last very long from what I know. Think "spilling
food coloring on your skin" - it might look blue or whatever for a
day, then it's gone.
Henna will always stain in shades of red, brown, burgundy, and rust.
If you got henna and it was orange, something went wrong.
The good news is you've come to the right place to learn more than you
ever needed to know about henna!
Stick around to learn more about this ancient art form, and to enjoy
and appreciate its beauty for what it is.
Peace,

Anne

: Do you think that it's safe to trust them?
: I would really appreciate any answer :)
