Hi Efran,

How blessed you are to have such a caring, generous grandmother who
so values you and your gifts...and honors your talent and commitment
to henna, the process, the tradition and the sharing of such. She
trusts you to hold, carry and expand on the knowledge and history she
provides you. I can not put into words how special I believe this
gesture and time is both for you and your grandmother.

She sounds like a person who continues to live her life in a way that
her absence would indeed be a great loss. As such, due respect and
tears would certainly be in order. And I am sure that you will grace
her memory well...should that time come.

But now there is still opportunity to celebrate her and your great
fortune to have her in your life. Just as I am sure she celebrates
and is well pleased to have you in her life.

I have nothing that I would want you to ask her when you see her.
Just know that hearts and love is with you in your joy...and hearts
and love surround you in moments of sorrow as well, should that come
to be.

My heart is with you.

Maureen
