I also don't guarantee designs done in less than good conditions --

staying warm. I do guarantee my designs if they kept the wrap on for
at least 6 hours.
Some folks just want the experience of being hennaed -- and aren't
bothered if the design doesn't come out well. SOme people expect
henna to act like a consistent magic marker and have to learn that
it's a process that takes many factors to create a good stain...and
if they're not willing to take responsibility for their end of the
bargain, they're not going to get good results.
