Small test on my hand:
Terped paste: Jamilla mixed with lemon juice, left 24 hours, added tea
tree, cardamom, clove bud, left 24 hours.

One part applied with paste that had total exposure to air for 24
hours and not stirred up (in plastic cone to prevent crusting and
evaporation, but under a big air bubble), one part with NO exposure to
air for 23 hours and not stirred up (in plastic cone with all air
pressed out). Paste applied to skin, warm day, allowed to fall off
naturally over 4 hours.

The paste that had been exposed to the air for 24 hours GAVE VIRTUALLY
NO STAIN ! (Swear to god, I've never seen anything so pathetic!) The
same paste that had no contact to air yielded a dark stain.

I'd recommend that if you mix a terped paste, press plastic wrap down
on the paste surface and try to keep any air contact to a minimum.
