Hi Jeanie,

Temperamental Ms. Kimia is at it again. A little inside information
about the stains. Kimia actually stains extremely fast. You can mix
it with your terps and use it the first day. Get some on your hands
or make a mistake with it and you will find that out how quickly the
stain is there. But...and a big but at that...those early stains
will not get you the reds. I do believe that may be the mistake some
people are making with Kimia. Just because it is staining does not
mean that particular stain is going to stain red. Kimia likes to sit
for a few day...then loves to be on the skin for a very long time and
kept warm and wrapped. She is not lazy...she just likes to take it
slow and easy. The best reds will come around day three and
four...and I have gotten the reds with Kimia paste on day five. That
is a pretty long time for the dying capacity to be at its peak for a
paste without refrigeration. The window that is narrow is when the
reds occur...not when the paste will produce deep dark stains.

Hope that helps.

Maureen
