Maureen's right... Kimia is definitely favouring my girlfriend
(Steph). Kimia is currently our preferred henna because of the
wonderful color progression. And just as Maureen pointed out, I've
seen the best colors from Kimia when using no terps at all. Steph and
I still haven't done a design that was wrapped overnight this way.
But our designs from paste left on 4-8 hours had EXCELLENT color. A
true rainbow of reds, especially when you have designs that come up
onto the sides and top of the foot from the toes or the sole.

Terped Kimia also produces wonderful stains (I use tea tree oil)
although I found that my terp seems to cause Kimia to overshoot "true
red". Instead, we get a brick-red/brown-red color. Still wonderful.

Another plus with Kimia is the demise of the stains. No pumpkin phase
(at least not for me or Steph)... the stain just begins to break up,
and then a quick scrub with a bath brush will remove most of it. This
is really handy, especially for guys like me who are not so dedicated
that they will shave themselves to get extra canvas for henna! ;)
