In reply to: Learning posted by Dawn on June 9, 2002 at 20:44:24:: That's what is so great about the forum. I would have given up on
: henna long ago if I hadn't been able to come here for advice and
same here.. i'm so glad to have heard of others experiences... and
that everyone has their ups n down times in henna.. and this forum
is a place where i can also find comfort... and sometimes confide
in.. i juz love this! ;)
: Natx I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one that will research
: something for fun. A couple of years ago, my nephew's
: do snakes drink?" led to research and a trip to the library, then
: pet store and now we are the proud owners of a ball python.
: I've thought that the snake would make a good prop for a henna
: picture. If I could just get the artist, model, snake and
: photographer all together at the same time. Actually the snake
: pretty set schedule, its the others that I have trouble with.
i always loved animals and nature.. i did keep a python before. but
as i love in an apartment block, and it is illegal to keep one in
singapore.. i released it back to the wild.. that was lots of years
back.. but it was getting far too big anyway, about 4m. getting
dangerous too.. since i was quite young then.. now i'm considering
keeping some creepy crawlies which i'm trying to check whether its
legal and where i can get them.. if possible.. maybe scorpions or
tarantulas.. and stick insects.. and more as my collection grows..
btw, how big is ur snake? and what do u usually feed it? maybe we
can discuss this thru email..... i love to talk about animals~
but currently, i'm planning for some fundraising for a small animals
retirement home and adoption place for people who abuse small
animals or try to throw them away.. not too sure if it would work or
not. but trying to get relevant info on it. and hopefully enough
fund raising on my own...
anyone/animal lovers interested to join me... feel free to email
any one who wish to contribute to make this a success... are
Praying hard for her wishes to come true..
