No, there's no need. If the event is particularly crowded or if many
clients are kids, seem to be clumsy, or have been drinking, I warn
them not to smudge the design while it's wet. Sometimes I tell them
to "be conscious of the arm/hand/wrist" - don't bend, knock it
against anything. If I'm feeling cute I tell them to "keep a force
field around it." I have put a sign up before warning them that "re-
dos" cost $5, which can help with a really clumsy crowd, and saves
you the wasted time at a busy event.
Also telling people that their skin chemistry as well as aftercare
affect the stain helps prevent disgruntled clients.
Other than those "caveats" there is no reason to have a waiver!
