Use your stick/toothpick (whatever you use for those "oops" moments)
and, holding it parallel to the surface of the
skin, mush the henna around. You can even glop a big glob onto the
area then use the stick to fill. the advantage is that you are left
with a more evenly filled area, without huge globs of henna or empty
spots, which then stays on longer with the lemonsugar.
