In general I found out that appliing aloe-vera cream to your design
helps the hennaed stain to stay longer,because ph-low cremes
won´t "dry" out skin,and so the hennaed-part won´t "rubb" off that
easy.
In General,you can say that before and after
washin/showering,vaseline or anything waterresisdent will help the
henna.
Also,NOT rubb the hennaed part after washing.

Hm,vegetable oils?The may or may not help,but I think that one layer
of vaseline protects the design much more then just one layer of oil.
In India sesam-oil and avocado-oil are used for that.
