She certainly sounds open to discussion, that's very positive.

I'd be interested in exactly what's in her product. That seems like
such a short time to last. Also, if she claims 7-10 days is 2-3
times as long as henna lasts, she's been buying old, dead stuff, and
in that case, I can see why she prefers a different product. Since
she seems willing to chat about it, which is terrific, introduce her
to a quality henna and tell her about terps. That way she can get
dark, fast designs AND the moral high ground.
