Samantha, I have been in your situation before so I understand, but
in my situation, I remember that I didn't do a very good job of
telling her how to take care of it and how long to leave it on. In
your case you have to decide if you gave her all the possible
information to her and made it super clear how important these things
are. Did you give her printed matter? Do you feel she understood
you? Sometimes you say your bit but you can see the glassy look in
their eyes which means there is nothing going in!
Also, if you know your paste is staining well, then the problem must
be with her and how she took care of it after she left you.
Since she didn't leave her number you can't do much but wait for her
to call you back. Hopefully she realizes that she got cut off before
she could leave her number and will call you back. There is only so
much you can do, so give yourself a break.
If you don't have printed aftercare sheets, you might want to get
thema nd give them to each customer. It will be a kind of insurance
policy so that if they complain you can refer them to the sheet and
ask if they followed all the instructions.
