This does sound like the same person who was posting here a few
months ago...same script. Two main things that come up for me are to
remember that he is a "suer." He spent a lot of time in his posts
making that clear. So be sure to cross all your "i's" and cross all
you "t's" when dealing with him. He would love to make an example of
any henna artist if he can.

My other thought is that the organization needs to be aware of the
potential fallout from having people there selling designs on
children if those children happen to have a reaction. I am imagining
from the description that some of these children getting the designs
may have been too young to even safely have pure natural henna
designs applied. They may need some information provided to them so
they can use it when choosing vendors for their events where young
children will be present. They need to make sure the product is safe
and also to know that the people selling any product is prepared to
handle a crowd in which some of the participants may well be too
young to be sold to...even if they are accompanied by their parents.
