Hi there! We are the people who hennaed you at the AZ Mills
Mall. Your reaction to the henna sounds normal to us, as well;
as for the welting, henna is indeed a plant derivative, as are
eucalyptus oil and lemon juice (the only other ingredients in our
henna paste), and can thus theoretically cause allergic reaction
just as any other natural substances can (vegetables, plants, etc
. . . ). Luckily, henna (and the other 2 ingredients we use) usually
cause only very, very mild reactions if any. If you have any other
questions, please feel free to contact us at
mayamehndi@hotmail.com. Unfortunately, although we enjoyed
doing henna on you and all the other lovely people at the AZ Mills
Mall, the mall management was much less lovely and has
caused us to yank our business from their horrifyingly
unprofessional corporation. You can find us 7 days a week at
Clan Tatu in Tempe, AZ, on University between Rural and
McClintock in the Aztech Court (480.736.2980 -
www.clantatu.com). Yes, we will also tattoo you. Thanks!
