Hi Raven,

Sometimes when using the premixes in the tubes, it still helps to use
an applicator bottle with tip so you can really mix the paste up
well. Sometimes the paste begins to separate in the tube. If it
does, it is easy enough to squeeze it out into an applicator bottle
(available at most any craft store). These bottles come with their
own tips and screw on tops. What is nice about having your little
applicator bottles available is they will allow you to also add some
sort of terp (cajeput, ravensara, lavendar, tea tree oil or
eucalyptus oil)...about 15 to 20 drops into the paste to help it
along to deep dark coloring. Especially since you want to have the
designs up the arms and on to the back. These spaces are harder to
stain than the hands and feet. So, most often the powders and pastes
of pure natural henna need a little help. The terps provide that
help safely.

Maureen
