Hi Lelia,

You were thinking, "I can do this!" And you can!

You were thinking, "It is only going to be 4 hours. That is a good
short festival and a good way to get my feet wet." And it is!

You were thinking, "I can go through my books and come up with some
designs that I can knock out in my sleep...nice small and easy to
manage designs...and put me a design book together before the
event." And you will.

You were thinking, "...And, if I get stuck and have questions I can
ask people on the henna forum and they will help me out!" And we

So relax and plan out everything you will need from table, chairs,
signs, design sheets marked with your prices, paste, extra paste,
money to make change, business cards, after care instruction sheets,
a typed up sheet on 'black henna', (this is not meant to be a
complete list). But plan out exactly what you will need to take with
you and what you will carry it all in. Find out who supplies the
tables and chairs so you will know if you have to take your own
along. Make sure you have your henna paste recipe and mixing
techniques and procedures pat enough to know you are taking along a
good paste that will give good stains. (Test it on yourself before
you go so you have some idea what your paste is capable of doing.)

Just think it through and if you think you are missing something just
check back here and ask somebody...ask!!!

And plan to have some fun with this and with the people you will meet
and greet and provide henna designs for. You will learn from each
event you do and from each person you provide henna for. So relax
into the experience. And yeah, breathe...You will do just fine!!!
