used a dirty needle on someone doesn't neccessary mean they'll get
HIV or hep. But the risk is still there and you'd be better off using
an alternative, like red henna, or temptu"
do whatever feels comfy, even though the store might not be. But
tattoo artists still have hearts, and although they like alternative
culture like into tattoos, piercings and branding they are not into
lawyers and lawsuits, like the others mentioned.
