: what about little stickers with a little burn pic that say "TOXIC!
: Not to be used for Body Art" and sticking them on BIGEN boxes in
: stores (when no one's looking, of course)-- and maybe a link to the
: FDA info.
: Sorry off topic, I have to vent this one:
speaking of guerllias I went to a sci-fi convention in MD and I asked
if she used black henna or natural henna(a standard question I always
ask-simple enough if i don't know the artist) This lady jumped down
my throat. Like i just killed her baby or something. And for she lost
a sale. Apparently my husband was there and pulled me away . don't
jump my throat if i ask that question,it is a simple question and
such, I should receive a calm response(I always do if I'm asked). If
she said nicely in a calm tone of voice and expalined about natural
henna and the reason why black henna was bad with documents or
pictures okay. i'll get the message. The way she did it made me want
to just mix a batch myself and not give her the business. As we all
in business gestapo tactics are not always good. if there were black
death peddlars there then I would understand, this was a sci-fi con
and she was the only person doing henna she did face painting also. I
would have dropped 20-25 dollars to get my hand hennaed at the
convention no problem. I did not deserve to be treated in this
manner, how would have you all handled it NOT an artist point of view
but as a potential customer.
Yes I also do train my employees on customer service and sales. She
did not in my opinion give good customer service. what is your
opinion
Christine
