I'm glad to hear that the green color isn't a cause for alarm. :)
I'm really happy with the stain that MDH gave me. I found it to be
pretty darn coarse, but once strained it's lovely to work with.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge with me!

Take care,

: Hi Jenna,
: I've been using MDH for about a year now and I like the way it
: stains. I've been using it on my brides with wonderful results. The
: stain is often a dark, warm, vibrant chocolate on most though I
: some brides getting almost black on their palms. Unlike Dulhan
: (Shama) or Jamila, MDH stains brown, not red.
: The powder is a nice leafy green though once I mix it into a paste,
: it will turn dark green or brown. Lezard's MDH paste turns a nice
: shade of green, like yours. But again, I get beautiful results from
: his paste. I don't know if they added dye in the powder (the
: resulting stain doesn't prove that). I know that MDH is an
: powder and cheap too ;).
: Just sharing my experience, hope that helps!
: Love & peace,
: ~Jewel~
