Whew. Thanx to everyones graiuos support and advice I actually made
it thru my first festivial. It was a teeney - first time (5 $ a
booth) 1 block, local art festival put on by a local cafe. all though
I don't feel like a henna artist - hardly any artisit in fact - I can
just do really basic stuff and very little of it is traditional. BUT
people on the streets of down town denver weren't really intrested in
that. Oh man I have never done so many signs and kanji in my life. My
design book was just kind of thrown together and had a lot of others
people's work in it. i'm still trying to devolop my own style.
WIth the help of my amazing sister as booth tart and my best friend
as henna tart (i'e walking around covered head to toe) There wasn't
any traffic for about two hours, the last two were insane and I kept
slingy 5 dollar kanji's and stars running down little girls

If the boothe coast was any higher - it may not have been worth it
but as it was practicly free - my first experince, a spure of the
moment type thing - it was really worth it. Thanx so much to
everyone, it's was a great sucess, and mostly because of everyone
PS. Sorry if these posts a little funky - my hands are bit shacky,
and I'm way tired.

Many blessings and henna stained blessings, Lelia
