Secondly, i've read before that some of you do have wavier forms for
: your services. What is it for? and normally what conditions do u
: have included in the form when people sign it? anyone can mail me
: example of a wavier form? thanks...
I've only done this once so talk my advice with a grain of I still
don't know what the heck I'm doing seasoning.

I ded a little festival last saturday. I listed my ingredents - my
booth tart would ask "citrus, tea tree or pine sol?" We figure if
people have sensitivites to cleaners the antiseptic e oils may not be
handled well either. I then had a sheet that said "I've read the
information and indredents provided on the product list, by signing
this I agree that do not have any known allergies to any of the
indregients listed. FUrthermore, by signing this I understand that
herbalee's hennaed hands are not responisble for any reaction the
paste may cause." They signed, dated and to keep track of most
popular designs my sister record what they got and for how much. It's
not water tight legally, in fact i'm sure it's as riddled with holes
as a good swiss cheese. I'm hoping it just acts as a deterant in case
someone wanted to raise a scene or something.

Hope this helps - Lee
