: 1. What does 'Terped' mean?

Go to http://reverndbunny.sphosting.com/gallery.htm and go through the
links on the right hand side of the page. Also linked below!
"Terped" is a short way of saying "monoterpene alcohol of one sort or
another has been added to the henna paste to facilitate dye release
and oxidation"

: 2. What is the best way to store unused mixed henna?

Freeze it with NO contact with air.

: 3. What is the best way to store unused unmixed henna?

Freeze it with NO contact with air.

: 4. Would you charge full price for a touch up job?

Depend on whether or not the person annoys me. If they're nice, I
don't charge. Otherwise I may levy *sshole tax.

: 5. Is cool air or warm air better to be in to get the best effect from
: henna?

Heat expands the strands of keratin molecules and enables maximum dye
molecule binding. So, get hot, stay hot, get better stains.

: 6. Will putting oil or balm on a henna tattoo before going in a
: pool help keep the stain?

It depends on how fresh the stain is, the oil, and the chlorine level
of the pool. Pool owners would perfer that you be clean when you swim
becuase oils guck up the filter. If the stain is very fresh, the
chlorine will impair the darkening in a big way. After the stain has
oxidized, it's IN your skin, and the only thing to worry about is
exfoliation. Try to avoing the pool if you want to keep your henna nice.
