I did a freezing experiment once. I put small batches of paste into
small plastic containers. I covered the top of the paste with a round
of wax paper and froze. I shoved it into the back of my mother's
freezer with my intials and the date on the lid in permenant ink. I
totally forgot about the container and so did she which was my
intention. She totally cleans out her freezer once a year or so. She
called me up said she found a little container filled with food that
had gone bad that had my intials and a date on it. I told her that it
wasn't food and to hang onto it, in the freezer, until I could drop
by to pick it up.

The container's date was over a year ago. Delighted, I went home and
defrosted the paste. I hennaed the outside of my right leg in a vine
design. I received a lovely deep brown cherry stain that, for some
reason, had a slight purple twing to it. I'm still trying to figure
the purple out.
