: this may seem a small question in the face of the rangoli's largess,
: but when danced into dust, do the lights stay? are they tea lights
: (cuz i was wondering if the metal hurt feet)? How do you do the small
: fire part, CCJ? in my strangely scorpion way, i would love to assist
: you someday.

Team rangoli went in and gathered the tea lights and tossed them to
the central fire as we danced/destroyed the rangoli. I am a very
"mother" person and take care that no one gets hurt unless the
volunteer for pain. The other people came into dance after we'd
cleared the space. Team rangoli had the pattern well memorized, so we
knew where all the candles were. You'll see us doing that in the next
pictures up....... tossing the candles into the the fire also helped
stoke up the fire! Parafin zaps up a fire something lovely!
