: : How do you do the small
: :fire part, CCJ?

Didn't notice that part of the question at first.

When the area is scraped clear first thing .... I build a tiny cone of
dry wood packed thick with parafin blocks, paper and firestarters.
That way, it takes very little effort to start, and is safe all day. I
get paper going under strategically placed parafin, the parafin drips
down the wood, it catches alight ... and it goes! It's much more easy
to control than lighter fluid ... no kaboom, no stench, no flareup, no
scorched eyebrows. I LOVE parafin!

This last one .. couldn't do that because we had a bed of hot coals
under ash all day so we couldn't pre-build the fire. But .... Gwyn
and Zimra brought in something special ... you'll see in the next
pics! (htmlhtmlhtmlhtml.......)
