I recently went for the plunge too - It went really well - but for
the first hour I was total nervous wreak - shaking hands, sweaty back
you name it - this coming from an ex-public speaker who use to be
able to speak in frount of aditorium full of poeple and not lose any
cool - hehehe. Henna's a completely differetn ball game.
Breath is important - so is eating. My booth tart had to keep
reminding me to eat and drink - especially when we started to get
busy. Another thing - a bit more physiological - is to take some
magnisum citrate or a really good calcium magnisum supplemnt. (with a
one calcium to one or two magnisum ratio. Magnisum deficency is a
HUGE cause of muscle spasms (eye twtiches and walking legs at night,
as well as menstrual cramps.) when I get nervous - my muscles get
tense and I get shakey. I'm got a nasty powder I down in water and
that helps so much.
But remeber - breath. I'm definently not amazing at henna yet, but
after a few compliments from strangers I relized henna is such an
amazing service that people just love it!!
henna stained and green blessings, Lelia
